This is the flexible program that you have been looking for. choose your package below and ad on services to create your ultimate program. You may choose to workout with a trainer for 2 days a week and workout on your own one time each week. and then you may change your mind and workout 3 days a week with your trainer and once the next week. it's completely up to you how you would like to use your sessions. This is the perfect fitness solution for a busy professional with limited time. The Program is put together using a package of sessions that can be used at your convenience as you progress through your program .

When you bought the Bowflex did you assumed because it came with an instruction video as well as a detailed manual that it would be a no brainer to get in shape? After getting your machine did you set it up, gave it a try and find out that it was not as easy as it looks.
