Shannon: Performs the lying lat fly to strengthen the muscles in her back and enhance her hour glass shape, this exercise challenges the core and is necessary for proper posture. Starting out at 150 lbs at 25% body fat, as you can see she has made incredible changes to her body, now at 115 lbs and 15% body fat, she can wear anything, and pull it off. In 2006, Shannon joined our training team! From client to trainer, you go girl!

 

Gary: Works his upper chest for a stacked look that really stands out in a crowed. Using free-weights can be a challenge; our clients all learn the techniques to not only use a machine but the advanced programs that produce tremendous results. Gary wanted to lose a few pounds but more importantly, put on some muscle, starting at 179 pounds and 18% body fat, and currently at 186 and 11% body fat, he has achieved results that he never thought possible!

 

Jerrod & Kristina: A husband and wife team that started with us after buying a treadmill and seeing no results from their hard work. Kristina started at a size 10 just 12 weeks ago and now is a size 2! Jerrod started at 230 lbs and 12 weeks later is 205, now 24 weeks total he is 189 pounds! there body fat loss together equals 18.5% and pounds lost are over 60!
