The definition of confusion in the dictionary should read: Eating the right foods to lose body fat. One of the most misunderstood things, when it comes to weight management is nutrition. Even though the process is really quit simple, and not rocket science, marketing companies have made it very confusing and almost impossible for YOU, the average consumer to figure out how to eat healthy, but more importantly how to eat the right foods to lose body fat. Not to mention you may be under the impression that you are eating healthy, for example, but have no idea how many calories you consume daily nor how many calories you should consume daily to lose or gain ten pounds.
When you do cardio or workout regularly, your daily calories need to increase immensely or your body will break down your muscle tissue for its energy needs and STORE your BODY FAT for later use. The exact opposite of what you wanted ..hmm how confusing.Your GOALS probably include losing your unwanted body fat, tightening, toning, and shaping your figure, but what you may not realize?
