During this 12 week accelerated program you will learn the principles and secrets necessary to lose body fat, specifically how to lose your love handles, shrink your stomach fat, and how to lose lower belly fat and look and feel much better in just 90 days! I have combined my proven level step strength training routines with custom weight loss meal plans, perfectly timed nutrients, along with my 10+ years experience as a Las Vegas Certified Personal Trainer & Sports Nutritionist to get in you ready for your special event in just 12 weeks! Essentially I am going to show you how to lose 25 pounds in 12 weeks by incorporating proper diet and strength training exercises and core strength workouts into your daily life.
During this series you will be introduced to various ways of training your body, including, strength training, cardio and conditioning, stretching and flexibility, core strength and stability routines, including some Yoga and Pilate’s, & abdominal tightening exercises. Toning and Shaping
Level 2 TONE includes the core elements to getting the most out of your E4L workout. I will personally show you 4 secrets known only to a select group of fitness professionals, that will produce a long, lean, tone physique. You will learn the basic principles of slowly incorporating free-weights into your cable routines introducing your body to core strength workouts. You will notice more energy and how much stronger you are getting each week as others begin to notice the changes in you! In Level 3 REMODEL everything changes. Since Level 2 Tone is about burning fat to tone your body, The Phase 2 meal plan is designed to melt body fat by consuming meals lower in saturated fat and higher protein. Each meal is easily prepared as well as structured. You will be following the Meal Movement for the first 8 weeks of your program. You will slowly start to incorporate meal planning on your own during the last 4 weeks of the 12 weeks To A New You. Phase 2 of your nutrition program has been designed to yield fast results by combining the cleanest (low in fats), highest quality foods possible distributed between 5 to 6 meals each day to boost your metabolism.
